The Dilemma, Shoulder Health, and Drying YOUR Field

Good morning! With only a few minutes before I get cooking again at the gym, I wanted to talk about a few things…

First, a little update from this weekend. My girlfriend and I saw The Dilemma, starring Vince Vaughn and Kevin James. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. It kept us laughing the whole time and Vince Vaughn was up to his usual antics. Did I mention Winona Ryder is in the movie and still totally hot???

Now, for some fitness related news, you know, the reason you stopped by. We’ve had a great turnout with our G.I.R.D (shoulder) assessments at Bucks Phsyical Therapy/BucksFit: Wellness By Design. For any of you not doing the sleeper stretch, here’s our video…

Man, that guy is bald. Anyway, back to the subject at hand. If you’re a baseball player and you haven’t had your shoulder checked out, we are running our final pre-season assessments this Saturday at 11:30 am. The assessment is free so please come in and take advantage of this final opportunity!

Finally, if you’re a coach or field manager looking to keep your field dry this season, check this out…
