I’m a huge fan of Arugula. Last night, after wrapping my 15 hour day, I decided to go for a little late dinner/snack before hitting the sack. Here’s what I came up with, hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
-Fresh Arugula, Washed
-1/2 Tomato, Cut
-1 Whole Orange, Peeled and Separated
-1 Green Pepper, Sliced
-10 oz. Turkey Breast
-2 tbsp. Shredded Sharp Provolone
-Place washed arugula on plate. Place tomato slices, orange slices, pepper slices, and turkey breast over bed of arugula. Shred 2 tbsp. of sharp provolone over top and enjoy!
Pretty simple. VERY tasty. No dressing needed.
