Today’s recipe is a little something I came up with on my own. It’s loaded with healthy fats, proteins, and nutrients. Basically, it’s WUNDERBAR!!!
AAAAAAAnyway, back to this awesome recipe. There’s two ways to do it.
1) If you’re trying to put on muscle…
-7 Eggs, 4 whole, 3 white
-6 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
-1/2 cup Kale, chopped
-1/4 cup White Onions, diced
-1/4 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
-3 tablespoons of salsa (however you prefer it)
2) If you’re trying to lean out…
-3 eggs, 1 whole, 2 white
-3 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
-1/4 cup Kale, chopped
-1/8 cup White Onions, diced
-1/8 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
-2 tablespoons of salsa (however you prefer)
For both recipes, dabble with spices.
I’ve tried ground cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, minced garlic, etc. Keep all spices to no more than a tablespoon each. Experiment with flavors, it’s the only way to know what you truly like.
